Pilot service · Thessaloniki. These terms govern use of the OK TAXI communication and ride-coordination platform.
OK TAXI provides digital tools that help a passenger and a taxi driver find, communicate with and coordinate with each other. OK TAXI does not collect or hold the taxi fare and is not the payment intermediary for the ride. Payment is made directly to the driver.
Any ETA, distance, virtual-meter value or fare estimate shown by the app is informational only. It may change because of traffic, waiting time, route changes, tariff zones, time of day and other real conditions. The final fare is determined by the applicable legal framework and lawful taximeter/driver charging rules. Platform/app fee is €0 in the pilot. Any separately configured prebooking charge is shown distinctly before a scheduled booking and must remain within applicable law.
Coverage, availability and functions may change during the pilot. The app must not be relied on as an emergency service, certified taximeter or legal metrology instrument.
Users must use chat, quick messages, favourite/block/report functions lawfully and respectfully. Threats, harassment, fraud and illegal content are prohibited. For immediate danger, contact the competent emergency services.
A driver who selects WORKING asks the app to keep a visible foreground service active so the passenger can receive live approach information. The driver can end this mode. Android Force Stop disables app background operation until the app is opened again.
Use is subject to the Privacy Policy. Only data necessary for the requested features should be processed.
The service must be used in accordance with applicable Greek and EU law. References to tariffs or regulation in the app are maintained as informational configuration and do not replace official legal texts or professional legal advice.
